Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure the spare parts and technical services.
  • Cover Operations department procurement needs.
  • Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers and manage contract negotiations.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure that the Procurement s (SLA) are met.
  • Complete and raise Contract Routing Form within the SLA.
  • Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding tech procurement processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or any other relevant field.

  • Fresh graduate or 1+ year experience in related role.
  • Project management basics.
  • Negotiation skills.
