Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Procure the spare parts and technical services.
- Cover Operations department procurement needs.
- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and manage contract negotiations.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure that the Procurement s (SLA) are met.
- Complete and raise Contract Routing Form within the SLA.
- Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding tech procurement processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or any other relevant field.
- Fresh graduate or 1+ year experience in related role.
- Project management basics.
- Negotiation skills.
- Supply chain management.
- Cost-benefit analysis
