Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure complete alignment of BT systems and processes with SAMA technical standards.
  • Perform data mapping between BT systems and SAMA requirements to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Review Open Banking BRDs and validate technical and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout the Change Request (CR) lifecycle, especially during the System Requirement Document (SRD) stage.
  • Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and support teams in implementing required changes.
  • Prepare technical documentation, compliance reports, and support audits whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong>Product Technical Analyst/strong> who will ensure that BT systems and processes are fully aligned with strong>SAMA technical standards/strong> and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical analysis skills, experience in regulatory compliance, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Analyst / Product Analyst / Business Analyst in banking or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of SAMA standards, especially Open Banking frameworks.
  • Experience in data mapping, technical documentation, and BRD/SRD reviews.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical requirement analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onshore and collaborate with both business and technical teams.
