Technical Production Maintenance Head

Lead and supervise the maintenance & technical team to support smooth production operations.

Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.

Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, including PLCs, drives, industrial electricity panels, PCB/MCC panels, and electrical motors.

Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing machines, such as machining, lathe, milling, welding, and other machine shop equipment.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams for continuous improvement.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and modernization.

Train, mentor, and develop the technical and maintenance team.
