Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To manage technical career development programs by identifying competency needs, designing development programs, and enabling employees to reach their full potential at SANS within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in related filed.
- Expert working knowledge & proficiency of software packages including Microsoft Office/ Word/ Excel/PowerPoint
- Technical diploma or equivalent is required
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or equivalent is preferred
