Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the deployment of mission-critical communication network projects.

Manage and align multiple hardware, software, device, and application vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure vendor deliverables are executed according to project timelines and technical requirements.

Act as the primary liaison between vendors, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

Oversee device onboarding and integration within private LTE, 5G, or LMR network environments.

Ensure compliance with mission-critical communication standards and technical specifications.

Review technical documentation, system configurations, and network architecture designs.

Monitor and optimize the performance of Push-to-Talk (PTT) applications and related systems.

Lead End-to-End (E2E) testing activities and coordinate cross-vendor interoperability testing.

Track technical issues, manage vendor escalations, and ensure timely resolution of deployment challenges.

Oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) activities.

Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or project coordination within telecommunications environments.

Hands-on experience with Private LTE, 5G, LMR, or other mission-critical communication networks.

Strong knowledge of MCPTT (Mission Critical Push-to-Talk) and 3GPP standards.

Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and device integration processes.

Solid understanding of network deployment, testing, and system integration methodologies.

Proven experience managing multiple vendors and coordinating complex technical projects.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution capabilities.
