Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation to closure.

Plan, track, and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.

Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Team Leaders to ensure proper technical design and implementation.

Translate business requirements into clear technical work plans and milestones.

Lead project governance activities including status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.

Identify project risks and issues early, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, QA).

Ensure adherence to agreed SDLC, quality standards, and security requirements.

Support release planning, UAT coordination, and production go-live activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

8 12 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong technical background.

Proven experience managing software development and integration projects.

Strong understanding of software architecture concepts, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.

Hands-on experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.

Experience delivering government or large-scale enterprise platforms.
