Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Technical Project Manager will lead local and regional integrations with telecom operators and merchants. They will be responsible for validating flows and APIs, coordinating technical setups, monitoring tests, and producing operational documentation. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with technical and business partners.
Main missions
- Validate the availability and completeness of the flows and API endpoints (charging, cancellation, invoice, etc.).
- To write, maintain and share clear technical documentation, including starter kits and flow diagrams.
- Coordinate the implementation of technical environments (VPN, IP whitelisting, SMPP, sandbox access, etc.).
- Prepare and monitor the execution of testbooks with internal teams and external partners.
- Validate the technical and functional tests before moving on to the next stages of the project.
- Participate in debugging and identify technical discrepancies during integrations.
- Ensure that documentation is centralized and regularly updated in Jira, SharePoint or the planned internal tools.
- Monitor project progress and clearly communicate any obstacles to internal and external teams.
- Collaborate closely with DV teams (Business, technical teams, Product, QA, etc.) and local or regional partners.
- Supporting the Product teams during the testing, launch and post-launch stabilization phases.
Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years of exposure to API development or integration , as well as significant project management experience .
- Good mastery of testing and debugging APIs (Postman, Swagger, logs, REST, JSON).
- Ability to read, understand and challenge technical documentation.
- Good mastery of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel).
- Very good level of communication in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of TL com environments: SMS/USSD, DCB, SMPP, OTP, an asset.
- Ability to make direct contact with partners (calls, meetings, travel if necessary) to unblock issues.
- Good understanding of multicultural contexts and ability to interact with local and international interlocutors.

- Ability to relaunch, escalate and reframe priorities when necessary.

- Occasional travel is permitted when physical presence is necessary for the project.
