Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed technical proposal write-ups for MEP tenders
  • Develop construction methodologies and project execution plans
  • Conduct constructability reviews to ensure feasibility and efficiency
  • Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify risks and gaps
  • Prepare technical clarifications, qualifications, and compliance documents
  • Support value engineering initiatives and propose cost-effective solutions
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies during tender stage
  • Coordinate with estimation teams, management, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with KSA codes and standards (SBC, SEC, IEC, HCIS)
  • Contribute to timely and high-quality tender submissions

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 5 years in KSA MEP projects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, preconstruction, or estimation technical support
  • Contractor-side experience is mandatory
  • Experience in large-scale building or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and KSA regulations and standards
  • Ability to review technical documents and identify risks and opportunities
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
