Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.

  • Review tender documents, define deliverables, and ensure proposals meet all client and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, commercial, operations) to gather necessary inputs and develop compelling, accurate proposals.

  • Prepare pricing structures, cost estimates, and ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance proposal strategies and positioning.

  • Support business development initiatives by contributing to client presentations and maintaining relationships during the pre-award phase.

  • Maintain internal documentation, track proposal progress, and submit regular reports to management.

  • Promote continuous improvement in proposal processes and contribute to departmental strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development or tendering.

  • Strong understanding of technical and commercial proposal requirements.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard proposal tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
