Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the accurate filing, updating, and archiving of aircraft technical records.
Support the maintenance of detailed documentation for airframe, engine, and component status, including life-limited parts (LLP) and airworthiness directives (AD).
Ensure that all technical records comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assist in maintaining accurate electronic records using aviation management systems.
Help prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available and compliant.
Assist the Technical Records Officer in day-to-day operations, including the updating and retrieval of records.
Provide assistance to the engineering team by supplying records and documentation as needed.
Update Salam Air Maintenance information system (MIS) with flight logs and tech logs on daily basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma, preferred in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field
2 years of experience in technical records or a similar administrative role.
Experience in Technical Records processing within aviation.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite or software solutions
Proven customer service skills capable of identifying customer needs and resolving customer issues.
Database maintenance and data tracking experience
Experience with OASES or a similar Maintenance Information System (MIS) is Preferred
