Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all aircraft technical records, including maintenance actions, inspections, modifications, and repairs, are accurately documented and filed.

Maintain detailed records of life-limited parts (LLP) and airworthiness directives (AD) compliance for the fleet.

Regularly audit technical records to ensure accuracy and completeness in preparation for regulatory audits and lease returns.

Enter all Technical Maintenance Data into Engineering IT System that include but not limited to Technical & Cabin Log entries, Scheduled maintenance Work Pack data, etc.

Ensure all technical records comply with regulatory requirements (EASA, FAA, etc.) and internal company policies.

Manage the updating of aircraft technical logs, status reports, and other critical documentation to support continuous airworthiness.

Oversee the storage, retrieval, and archiving of aircraft technical records, both physically and digitally.

Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the effective use of electronic records management systems.

Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring technical records are readily available and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Supervise the Technical Records Coordinator and ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Provide training and development for technical records staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

Bachelor s degree, preferred in the field of Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

5 years of experience in the aviation industry with at least 2 years of experience in Technical Record role.

Special Skills & Knowledge:

Experience in Technical Records processing within aviation.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite or software solutions

Proven customer service skills capable of identifying customer needs and resolving customer issues.

Database maintenance and data tracking experience

Experience with OASES or a similar Maintenance Information System (MIS) is Preferred
