Roles & Responsibilities

strong>Responsibilities:/strong>

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms
  • Learn and apply Boolean search techniques
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines

Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial HR screenings
  • Assess communication skills and basic technical alignment
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

strong>Recruitment Operations:/strong>

  • Manage candidate data using ATS tools (Workable)
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and positive candidate experience
  • Support offer coordination and documentation

strong>Market Research:/strong>

  • Monitor talent availability and salary benchmarks
  • Stay informed about tech roles and emerging technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

Whether you have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience or you re a fresh graduate who is smart, fast-learning, and eager to grow we d love to meet you./p>

ul> li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field./li> li>6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred)/li> li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply/li> li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)/li> li>Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media./li> li>Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination./li> li>Highly tech-savvy comfortable with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, etc./li> li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills/li> li>Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability/li> li>Highly organized and detail-oriented/li> li>Comfortable working in a hybrid setup/li> li>Proficient in Microsoft Office/li> li>Interest in technology and technical roles/li> /ul>
