To manage and facilitate the integration of changes to manufacturer manuals, customer manuals and best practices within internal documentation.

Create and maintain up-to-date product nomenclature in the ERP in accordance with regulatory requirements and SAESM directives.

Missions

• Analyze the technical documentation and its evolutions (IPC, Engine Shop Manual, Service Bulletins, etc.) and identify the modifications to the technical reference to be implemented in the Safran AE MRO ERP to ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the ranges according to the evolutions of the OEM technical reference (IPC, Engine Shop Manual, Service Bulletins, etc.)
• Study the impact of each mental change in the engine shop manual.
• Modify or have modified the internal documents impacted by these revisions.
• Research and propose improvement solutions based on workshop feedback (QRQC, proposal of front office actions)
• Update the SAP technical reference document.
• Provide the necessary technical support to the network workshops and coordination units on configuration and nomenclature aspects.
• Working on integrating the nomenclatures of the new engines into SAP
• Management of the AD/SB committee and administration of data from document support materials
• Ensure coordination with the technical library for the retrieval and provision of manual updates
• Analyze the document discrepancies and distribute the tasks according to the modifications
• Respect and enforce the requirements of the MOE, the RSM/QCM, as well as those mentioned in internal procedures and instructions.
