Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage vehicle rework activities on customer sites
Coordinate and supervise the field technical teams
Identify the faults, analyze the causes and guide corrective actions
Ensuring vehicle compliance with customer quality standards
Monitor performance indicators (quality, delivery time, productivity)
Participate in management rituals (QRQC, client meetings, reporting)
Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety and process standards
To actively contribute to the continuous improvement of activities
To assess clients' technical needs and propose suitable solutions
Participate in the cost estimation of missions (resources, costs, time)
Ensure the monitoring and optimization of retouching schedules
Monitor, analyze and communicate the KPIs of activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation :
- Bac+2 Bac+5 (mechanics, maintenance, industrial engineering, quality or equivalent)
Exp rience :
- 3-7 years of experience in an automotive or industrial environment
Profiles particularly appreciated:
- Car dealerships (after-sales service / workshop / team leader / expert technician)
- Vehicle inspection centers
- Automotive repair or maintenance workshops
- Fast service / diagnostics / after-sales service
- Automotive industry (production, quality, maintenance, rework)

- Solid mastery of vehicle technical diagnostics
- Ability to analyze and process faults
- Leadership terrain et coordination d quipes
- Rigour, high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Responsiveness and priority management in a demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to operate in an international and multi-stakeholder environment
