Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To prospect and develop a client portfolio.
- Analyze the technical needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and respond to calls for tenders.
- Ensure project monitoring and coordination with technical teams.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To produce regular reports on commercial activity.
- Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works or equivalent.
- Desired experience in a similar position (Construction / Public Works).
- Good knowledge of public procurement and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in computer and office tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
