Essential Technical Qualifications

• Knowledge of Textile Dyes and Chemicals: Deep understanding of various dye types, auxiliaries, and chemical handling procedures, including safety and environmental regulations.
• Dyeing Process Expertise: Hands-on experience or a strong theoretical understanding of the end-to-end dyeing process, from fabric preparation to finishing, and knowledge of how different fibers react to various treatments.
• Color Management Skills: Proficiency in color matching, recipe optimization, and using color measurement tools to ensure consistency and quality (RFT - Right First Time).
• Problem-Solving Abilities: The capacity to analyze failed dye batches, identify root causes, and collaborate with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
• Relevant Education: A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is often a preferred educational qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the chemical or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
