Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial private sector, including factories and industrial facilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads for water solution pumps, dosing pumps, and related equipment.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the value, performance, and suitability of pump systems and integrated solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are aligned with project specifications.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including pump selection, system sizing, troubleshooting, and after-sales coordination.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and suppliers to secure profitable sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in pump systems and mechanical solutions.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Represent OYA ENERGY in industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
Desired Candidate Profile
Residence in one of the following areas:
- 6th of October City
- 10th of Ramadan City
- Sadat City
- Alexandria (Borg El Arab / Ameriya)
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical).
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in water solution pumps.
Previous experience dealing with industrial zones and factories is required.
Own a private car for client visits.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior sales experience with water solution and dosing pumps, preferably Grundfos, Wilo, or Xylem.
Existing client network and proven sales record in industrial sectors.
Strong B2B relationship-building and account management skills.
