Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical requirements.
Present and demonstrate steel and stainless steel product lines, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver customized solutions based on client drawings or samples.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Strong understanding of steel, stainless steel, or related engineering products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
