Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for B2B customers.
- Providing technical consultation and managing client relationships.
- Preparing proposals, tenders, and professional presentations.
- Conducting meetings and calls to promote Hoffen s products and brand.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and prospect pipelines.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Product Development, Marketing, Customer Support).
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree (Engineering is preferred).
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read room plans and take accurate measurements.
- Market research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Social media marketing experience is a plus.
