Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in the sector, an Agronomist Sales Engineer (M/F) (The position is based in Agadir)
Main tasks:
- To prospect and develop a portfolio of clients (farmers, cooperatives, distributors, etc.)
- Promoting and selling agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, agricultural equipment, etc.)
- Providing technical advice to clients on solutions tailored to their agronomic needs
- Monitor customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty among existing customers
- Participate in demonstration events, trade fairs and technical days
- Provide regular reporting of commercial activities to management
Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the sale of agricultural or plant protection products
- Diploma (Bac +2) in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agri-food or equivalent
- Business acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in the field
- Analytical skills and the ability to propose appropriate technical solutions
