Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Commercial prospecting:
Identify and approach new potential customers.
Analyze the market and the competition to adapt the service offer.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build trusting relationships with existing customers.
Ensure regular follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer requests and propose adapted solutions.
Sales and Negotiation:
Develop commercial offers in collaboration with the technical teams.
Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with customers.
Achieve sales targets set by management.
Support Technique :
Provide technical support to customers regarding the services offered.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requirements.
Reporting :
Track and analyze sales performance.
Prepare regular reports on business activity and results achieved.
Profile
Formation: Degree in business, engineering, or relevant technical field.
Experiment: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial sector.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of industrial maintenance services and industrial implementation processes.
Business Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Languages: Fluency in French and Arabic. English is a plus.

Listening skills and adaptability.
Team spirit and sense of customer service.
Autonomy and proactivity.
