Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & business development
- Identify and approach new clients (dentists, clinics, radiology centers).
- Present product ranges (, CADSTAR, DXP Dental chairs radiology . Equipment+++).
- Negotiate and close sales while meeting set objectives.
Technical Support
- Provide product demonstrations and basic training to practitioners.
- Advise clients on choosing solutions suited to their clinical needs.
- Participate in training and events organized by Implantomed.
Monitoring & customer loyalty
- Maintain a relationship of trust with existing clients.
- Provide after-sales service and coordinate with the technical department for after-sales service.
- Report customer needs and feedback to management.
Reporting & organization
- Track performance indicators (CA, new clients, loyalty).
- Write regular activity reports.
- Work closely with the sales and technical team
- Ability to install and repair equipment
- Sense of challenge and knowing how to convince because the target of customers is very wary
Experience required
- 2 - 5 years in sales of medical devices, dental or pharmaceutical products,
Software to master
- Good command of office and CRM software.

- Develop and retain the client portfolio (dental clinics, practices, distributors) by offering innovative solutions from Implantomed in implantology, radiology, sterilization and biomaterials. Guarantee a high level of technical and commercial support, in line with the image of quality and trust of the company.
Required diploma
- Engineer in electronics or biomedical Engineer in electronics, electromechanics or biomedical
- Performance indicators

- Prospecting and commercial development: ability to identify, target and convince new clients (dentists, clinics, distributors).
- Argumentation and negotiation: mastery of sales and closing techniques, taking into account the specifics of the medical sector.
- Product knowledge: in-depth understanding of dental devices (implants, biomaterials, radiology, sterilization).
- Technical demonstration: ability to present and popularize complex solutions to practitioners.
- Customer follow-up: long-term relationship management, loyalty and after-sales support.
- Reporting and organization: ability to structure its activities, track its objectives and report to management.
- Use of digital tools: CRM, pack Office, presentation and communication tools.
- Continuing education: willingness to learn and improve on innovations in the dental sector.
