Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & business development
  • Identify and approach new clients (dentists, clinics, radiology centers).
  • Present product ranges (, CADSTAR, DXP Dental chairs radiology . Equipment+++).
  • Negotiate and close sales while meeting set objectives.

Technical Support

  • Provide product demonstrations and basic training to practitioners.
  • Advise clients on choosing solutions suited to their clinical needs.
  • Participate in training and events organized by Implantomed.

Monitoring & customer loyalty

  • Maintain a relationship of trust with existing clients.
  • Provide after-sales service and coordinate with the technical department for after-sales service.
  • Report customer needs and feedback to management.

Reporting & organization

  • Track performance indicators (CA, new clients, loyalty).
  • Write regular activity reports.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical team
  • Ability to install and repair equipment
  • Sense of challenge and knowing how to convince because the target of customers is very wary

Experience required

  • 2 - 5 years in sales of medical devices, dental or pharmaceutical products,

Software to master

  • Good command of office and CRM software.
