Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients and develop the existing portfolio.
- Identify customers' technical needs and propose solutions adapted to the company's products or services.
- Prepare and present commercial and technical offers.
- Negotiate commercial conditions (price, deadlines, payment terms, etc.).
- Ensure the follow-up of orders, deliveries and complaints in collaboration with other departments.
Skills:
- Excellent command of computer tools, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good technical knowledge of the products or services offered.
- Negotiation, communication and sales skills.
- Analytical mind and ability to understand the technical needs of customers.
