Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical Salesperson

  • Prepare quotes, negotiate prices, deadlines and contractual or general terms of sale up to the signing.
  • Gathering information from the field to adapt the company's technical offering to market developments.
  • Ensure smooth communication at all times between the client and internal services to guarantee the proper execution of the order.
  • To prospect for new projects and clients in order to increase the client portfolio.
  • Manage customer issues in terms of waiting times or complaints and ensure regular follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Monitor and alert the sales manager regarding issues related to customer receivables on a timely basis.
  • V to convey company values ​​to clients and external organizations.
  • Ensure reporting and monitoring of its activity.
