Set the budget of the whole department.

Plan the company s strategic direction with the top management to reach the objectives.

Overview the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.

Supervise on implementing maintenance procedures.

Monitor project structure and labor requirements.

Supervise on the building s process according to the time schedule.

Supervise on the final handling over of the project after warranty completion period.

Supervise on the maintenance tasks in the existing or the new construction projects onsite.

Review the escalation of problems concerning other departments to find the right solution which matches with forwarding policy and budget.

Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff

Track expenses for maintenance.

Follow up on equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

Follow up on the compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.

Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

Evaluate the team members to ensure the performance is aligned to the strategic direction of the organization and the projects requirements.

Apply HSE regulations.

Skills:

• Experience in working, Quantities and design
• Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design & Revit.
• Software Programs: 3D Max, Photoshop.
• Capable of reading drawings
• Background on architectural principles and techniques.
• Skill in drafting architectural plans.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
