Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the technical performance of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with class, flag, and international regulations
Plan and supervise dry dockings, repairs, and maintenance activities
Implement and monitor planned maintenance systems (PMS)
Control budgets for technical operations and ensure cost efficiency
Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues and implement corrective actions
Liaise with shipboard teams, vendors, and classification societies
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of spares and equipment
Support QHSE initiatives and maintain high safety standards
Desired Candidate Profile
We're ideally seeking a candidate who has:
- Sailed as Chief Engineer on PCTC vessels.
- Relevant shore-based experience as Technical Superintendent with the same vessels .
