Technical Supervisor - Staffing
Location : Abu Dhabi
Long Term Contract
Salary + Food + Accommodation
Experience in Staff Mobilization, Facilities, Construction companies is advantage
UAE Driving License Must
Desired Candidate Profile
Support in staff mobilization to various work sites within Abu Dhabi region
Coordinate and oversee employee TRADE TRAINING across various trades such as technicians, welders, riggers, and other skilled roles.
Monitor and ensure staff performance meets quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Ensure employees report on time and resume duties promptly after breaks.
Maintain and verify daily timesheets for all personnel.
Act as the primary point of contact between the workforce and clients.
Address operational issues promptly and ensure smooth workflow on site.
