Technical Support Engineer

• Technical monitoring of applications at customers' premises
• Ensures that equipment using the products is functional
  
• Identifies and promptly corrects the presence of technical anomalies
  
• Initiates and follows up on corrective actions with the client
  
• Builds, tracks and maintains a database of customer equipment spare parts.
  
• Monitors inventory and anticipates parts orders to avoid any breakdowns due to a lack of spare parts
  
• Tracks application performance according to defined ratios.
  
• Joins working groups linked to the client's CSR objectives when it can provide expertise (water ratio, products, performance, water treatment, etc.).
  
• Deployment of new products to customers
• Seize every opportunity to propose and deploy a validated product in the client's portfolio or other innovative product
• Ensures the preparation and training of teams in the use of new products (CIP COP Lubrication Industrial Water Treatment)

Qualifications:

• Accessible from a Bac + 2 Bac + 5 level training for an electromechanical profile and Bac + 4 Bac + 5 for an agri-food profile, or by equivalence via a minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical role in the agri-food sector.
