Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support for software applications and system environments.

Troubleshoot server-to-server communication issues across secure networks.

Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Investigate and resolve issues related to SQL/T-SQL queries and databases.

Support and maintain Windows operating systems and configurations.

Assist in system integrations and deployments, ensuring seamless operations.

Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to technical knowledge bases.

What We re Looking For:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Up to 4 years of experience in Technical Support or a similar role.

Strong understanding of Windows OS, system administration, and server configuration.

Experience with Databases (MS SQL, T-SQL) and performance troubleshooting.

Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and software design.

Understanding of networking concepts, virtual networks, and communication/data encryption technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot access control between virtual networks and secure systems.

Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
