Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for home appliances, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with service centers and field technicians to facilitate timely repairs and maintenance.
- Document and track all support cases, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Deliver training sessions and technical guidance to junior support staff and service partners.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations during all support activities.
- Assist in the development and updating of technical manuals and support documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 9 years of proven experience in technical support, preferably within the home appliances industry.
- Strong knowledge of household appliance systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer interaction.
- Proficiency in documenting technical issues and maintaining detailed service records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to perform on-site visits and fieldwork as needed.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in home appliances.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support.
