Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial assembly tools, bolting tools, metalworking machinery, and related equipment.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and onsite visits, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers or manufacturers as needed.

Conduct product installations, commissioning, and user training sessions for clients across manufacturing, coffee, and dental sectors.

Document and track support cases, solutions, and customer feedback using internal systems.

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and technical advice to clients.

Assist in the development and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and training materials.

Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer workshops as a technical expert.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements.

Strong Microsoft Skills

Familiarity with industrial machinery, assembly tools, or metalworking equipment is an advantage.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a related engineering role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
