Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install and activate Point of Sale (POS) systems and accounting software for clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone or on-site visits.
Train clients on how to use the systems and software effectively.
Monitor issues and coordinate with the development team when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience or knowledge in IT/technical support.
Familiarity with operating systems and databases.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Previous experience with POS systems or accounting software is a plus.
