Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist service centers in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues beyond the capability of workshop teams.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians and team leaders.

Analyze technical failures, document findings, and issue detailed reports to the Technical Support Manager.

Investigate quality-related issues and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.

Work closely with the warranty department to assess sophisticated technical cases, approving resolutions from a technical standpoint.

Ensure service center staff are updated with the latest diagnostic procedures and best practices.

Support the implementation of new technical procedures and service guidelines.

Monitor, maintain, and ensure proper usage of diagnostic scan tools and special tools at service centers.

Participate in internal technical training programs and GB Academy initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Quality, Warranty, and Field Service teams, to enhance service efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or workshop engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with automotive electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
