Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Lead the resolution of problems encountered on "series" products and facilitate the integration of new products in the workshop.
Ensure your safety, that of your colleagues and the environment
Reduce the resolution time for definition problems that appear on ZSSM products
Ensure, during the first manufacture of a product that:
- the staff is trained
- the manufacturing file is complete
- the means and parts are available
Complementary Description
Participating in "customer" appraisals
" Detecting recurring, blocking or potential problems, and ensuring compliance with the
manufacturing process, and conducting tests concluding a definition problem (IR, QI, FPT, appraisals)."
"Refer the issues to the appropriate authorities with an action plan if possible, and follow up their resolution in
collaboration with the group leaders"
"Organize the resolution of multi-trade problems and participate in the implementation of
corrective actions."
Participate in the management improvement plan (HK).
