Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Application Support Engineer, with hands-on development exposure and strong understanding of production environment operations
  • Solid understanding of Java technologies, frameworks, and application architectures
  • Strong expertise in Unix/Linux environments, including command-line operations and scripting
  • Proficiency in database concepts and writing SQL queries for troubleshooting and data management
  • In-depth experience with web container environments such as Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, or WebLogic, and backend process orchestration
  • Willingness to travel as required, relocate abroad (KSA), and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for production support
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Spring Framework
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
