Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The responsibility of this role is to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the applications, websites and mob apps deployment and support. This position combines end-user technical support with deep expertise in servers, databases, and software applications to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Technical Support: Provide solutions for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by the basic support team.

Database Management: Diagnose and resolve ERP-related database issues, such as performance slowdowns, connection errors, or data corruption.

Server & Infrastructure Support: Monitor and maintain ERP servers, addressing issues related to performance, availability, and security.

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and fix underlying software/system errors.

Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to implement permanent solutions for recurring issues or apply system updates.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports on issues and resolutions, and document operational procedures to ensure institutional knowledge.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as database backups and system integrity checks.

Hardware & networks: Perform routine maintenance tasks for the company hardware and networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical support, preferably with web applications deployment and support.

Databases: Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) with excellent skills in writing complex SQL queries.

Servers: In-depth understanding of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and networks.

Programming: Basic knowledge of programming or relevant languages (e.g., C#, Java) to understand system architecture.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into manageable components.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with both end-users and technical teams.

Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering, or another technical field.
