Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

- Providing technical support to customers who are in AMC

- Execution of scope of work in their part in case of implementation projects

- Preparation of virtual box for the software as required.

- Maintaining server-keeping the needed software available & working

- Support-AMC business handling

- Installation of software in the systems of staff as needed.

- Providing Technical support to customers based on demand

- Intimating customers on the latest updates available and updating the same


Requirements

· Should have worked in one full implementation cycle of P6/MSP Server right from scoping to roll out.

· Must have very good Client handling skills

· Must have good communication skills

· Should have time management skills
