Job Description:
Broadnet Technologies is looking for dedicated Technical Support Specialists to join our customer support team. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global company and contribute to the success of our SMS products and services.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our SMS products and services
Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage
Document and track support cases in our CRM system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a technical support role
Associate s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of SMS technology, networking, and software applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Willingness to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Skills:
Customer-oriented and empathetic
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Languages Skills: English, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, French, Mandarin Chinese (2+ is a plus)
Technical Skills: Networking, CRM, Knowledge Management, SMS Technology, Microsoft Office
