Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to define project scope and requirements.
Prepare technical proposals, BOQ, and cost estimation based on project needs.
Develop layout drawings, system designs, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Lead client and internal meetings to discuss project progress, risks, and deliverables.
Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of installations and documentation.
Ensure project documentation, handover files, and as-built drawings are properly maintained.
Report regularly on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in project management for low current / IT / ELV systems.
Strong technical background in systems such as: CCTV, Access Control, Network Infrastructure, UPS, and Data Center setup.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare and present technical and financial proposals.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
