Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for small home appliances maintenance and after-sales service operations.
  • Analyze recurring failures and customer complaints, determining root causes and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the inspection, testing, and technical evaluation of new products prior to market launch.
  • Work closely with the Quality team in monitoring and auditing suppliers and outsourced manufacturers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare technical performance and failure-analysis reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product quality improvement initiatives and help reduce after-sales service costs.
  • Support field visits, service partner engagement, and technical investigations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
  • 4 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within small home appliances, after-sales service, or quality management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to root-cause analysis.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong leadership personality with sound decision-making capability.
  • Ability to work across both office and field (production/service center) environments.
  • Professional communication skills with suppliers, factories, and service partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with OEMs or external manufacturers.
  • Good understanding of quality systems, inspection methodologies, and audit processes.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting technical and performance reports.
