Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for small home appliances maintenance and after-sales service operations.
- Analyze recurring failures and customer complaints, determining root causes and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the inspection, testing, and technical evaluation of new products prior to market launch.
- Work closely with the Quality team in monitoring and auditing suppliers and outsourced manufacturers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare technical performance and failure-analysis reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to product quality improvement initiatives and help reduce after-sales service costs.
- Support field visits, service partner engagement, and technical investigations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
- 4 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within small home appliances, after-sales service, or quality management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to root-cause analysis.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership personality with sound decision-making capability.
- Ability to work across both office and field (production/service center) environments.
- Professional communication skills with suppliers, factories, and service partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with OEMs or external manufacturers.
- Good understanding of quality systems, inspection methodologies, and audit processes.
- Experience in preparing and presenting technical and performance reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
