Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
First point of contact for technical support
- Install & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and Macs
- Support corporate network (Switches, Routers, VLANs, DNS, AD)
- Resolve LAN/WAN issues & maintain internet lines
- Handle antivirus, firewall incidents & app rollouts
- Create and update IT documentation
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Mac environments
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication & customer service skills
