Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and support assigned surgical cases inside operating rooms.
- Prepare, check, and correctly apply implants and surgical instruments.
- Provide real-time technical guidance to surgeons and OR staf.
- Build professional relationships with surgeons to support repeat product usage.
- Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Complete accurate case reports and technical documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in biomedical sciences, nursing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 3 years in medical devices, orthopedic, or OR support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in OR protocols, implant systems, and sterile techniques.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, high reliability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
