Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Team Lead, based in El Sheikh Zaid with some work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will lead and manage a technical support team, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and technical issues. Key responsibilities include overseeing support processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, mentoring team members, and ensuring performance targets are met. The Technical Support Team Lead will contribute to enhancing service delivery while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in application support or a similar role with at least 2 years in leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of (e.g., Windows Server, APIs, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., azure devOps).
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-8 years of experience in application support or a similar role with at least 2 years in leadership role.
