Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
 Lead the technical team in developing and
implementing software solutions.
Oversee the design, development, and
maintenance of server-side and client-side
architecture.
Ensure all tech-related resources are
optimally utilized and projects are delivered
on time.
Collaborate with Project Managers and other team leaders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
Maintain high standards of software quality
by establishing good practices and habits
within the coding and development teams

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Master s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

Other Required Qualifications:
Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
Experience leading Agile development teams.
Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in the e-commerce or digital products domain.
Deep understanding of server-side and client-side architecture patterns and best practices.
