Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering specialized technical training on MCV products.
- Collaborate with product development, operations, and product management to gather necessary information for developing training materials on all aspects of the product.
- Develop training content, including handouts and outlines.
- Customize training content based on the specific needs of trainees.
- Contribute to team planning for training and development schedules.
- Deliver training programs/modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule.
- Use motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience and maximize learning and employee retention.
- Conduct class-based training, on-the-job training, virtual training, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Support the development of e-learning solutions.
- Ensure new training methodologies are incorporated into the training approach used.
- Must be mobile and willing to travel to different destinations for extended periods.
- Fulfill other duties as required by line management.

- A bachelor's degree in automotive engineering is required
- A Daimler Trainer Qualification Certificate is preferred
- 0-3 years of experience required
- Fluency in English is necessary, and proficiency in French or German would be advantageous
- Experience in technical writing is a bonus
- Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial
- The ability to collaborate and be flexible when working with both internal groups and external users is necessary
- Ideally, the candidate should be based in Cairo
