Education Education: BSc of Mechanical Engineering (preferably Automotive Major)
Job Description
• To develop & implement engaging lesson plans for Body Tech. staff that covers all aspects of automotive body repair & technology related to the Body TEAM program.
• Deliver lectures & hands-on training sessions on topics related to (basic estimation, welding methods, chassis alignment, panel repair ) that are included in the Body TEAM program or others (Step 1 & 2 Levels mainly)
• Conduct the required certification Body TEAM exams to assess the Body Tech. staff & assist them pass their certification
• Maintain records of trainees records & development to provide feedback to improve their skills & knowledge
• Conduct the annual skills contest for Body & Paint Tech. staff category & support colleagues in the training department with the other categories
• Stay updated with the latest automotive body repair technologies & incorporate them into the training curricula
• Develop the training material & implement training curricula that covers all aspects of automotive body repair and maintenance including collecting training demands & needed tools
• Ensure compliance with safety rules & regulation within the training facility to confirm best utilization for tools & equipment (mainly Practice Area maintenance)
Job Requirements
• Qualifications:
Education: BSc of Mechanical Engineering (preferably Automotive Major)
• Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3-5 years in automotive body & paint workshops
• Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
Proficient in automotive body repair & maintenance (good hand skills)
English proficiency; spoken & written
Experience in teaching or relevant role is a plus
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Strong organizational & team management abilities
Good leadership & time management skills
