Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your role
As a Technical Validation Engineer / Technician, you contribute to the technical validation of repair solutions and to the qualification of associated processes, to ensure compliance with OEM requirements.
You interact with the engineering teams, suppliers and customers, from technical analysis to the industrialization of solutions.
Your main responsibilities
Analysis & understanding of the product
- Analyze failures of electronic and electrical components (ECU, BSI, ADAS, harnesses)
- Understand system architectures and HW / SW interactions
- Use electrical diagrams and technical plans (2D / 3D)
- Identify root causes and propose repair solutions
Validation & repair process
- Contribute to the definition and validation of repair processes
- Participate in functional validation and performance verification
- Ensure compliance with OEM requirements and quality standards
- Monitor tests, analyze results and rule on conformity
Coordination & communication
- Interact with suppliers and internal teams on technical topics
- Participate in technical meetings with international contacts
- Ensure clear and structured reporting of progress
- Contribute to good communication between the different stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+2 / Bac+3 or Bac+5 training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics or equivalent
- Good reading and understanding of electrical diagrams (including harnesses) and 2D technical plans
- Experience in automotive EE engineering (validation, electronics, PCB diagnostics, EE Architecture)
- Good knowledge of embedded systems (ECU, ADAS, HW/SW)
- Knowledge of validation and industrialization processes
- Understanding of automotive quality standards (PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
- Technical analysis and complex problem solving skills
- Experience in a multi-supplier environment
- Sense of synthesis, rigor and autonomy
- Good level of technical communication
- Fluent French, professional English
