Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports our products and services. This includes user manuals, installation guides. You ll work closely with software developers and clinical experts to produce user manuals, installation guides, and online help content for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for technical products, software, or services.
- Collaborate with all team members and subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical details.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation. and help with documentation for medical software applications.
- Write, format, and edit documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to support written content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across all documentation.
- Manage documentation repositories (as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Git, and SharePoint).
- Update and revise documentation as products evolve or feedback is received.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Technical Communication, English, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in Technical Writer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation processes.
- Interest in healthcare technology, medical devices, or electronic health records.
- Excellent knowledge of documentation tools (Word, Google Docs, Markdown) and willingness to learn more.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
