Prepare, write, and format technical documents, including commissioning reports, test sheets, PTMS/IPT documentation, and QA/QC records. Develop and compile O&M Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training documents. Work closely with Documentation Head, Commissioning Engineers, QA/QC team, and client representatives to gather technical inputs. Review engineering data, equipment specifications, and test results to ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation. Ensure all documents follow project templates, client standards, and revision control processes. Support the creation of handover dossiers, as-built documentation, and final submission sets. Manage digital files, maintain documentation logs, and ensure timely submission to the client/PMC. Coordinate with multiple departments and ensure compliance with project timelines.
