Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Major responsibilities

1. Work according to the production schedule (3 shifts, 2 shifts);

2. Responsible for summarizing equipment abnormalities that occur during the shift and filling out handover records to ensure handover work;

3. Carry out daily maintenance work in the workshop based on work assignments, spot checks, and work plans, and keep records of equipment daily inspection forms, monthly inspection forms, maintenance records, and other three standard documents;

4. Responsible for handling equipment failures that occur during production, repairing them in a timely manner, and ensuring 5S on site;

5. Timely report major equipment failures to the equipment maintenance supervisor for handling, and be responsible for tracking and providing feedback on the effectiveness of fault handling;

6. Assist the process engineers in this workshop or section to optimize the manufacturing process, improve product efficiency and quality;

7. Establish a preventive maintenance system through planned maintenance, condition based maintenance, and fault diagnosis to ensure the integrity of equipment;

8. Assist the equipment maintenance supervisor in reducing equipment maintenance costs, optimizing equipment performance and stability through improvement measures, and carrying out secondary maintenance and equipment improvement work;

9. According to the arrangement, provide training on equipment maintenance, common fault repair, and operation to workshop employees to enhance their operational skills and ability to troubleshoot simple faults;

10. Inspect the implementation of various rules and regulations on site, promptly report any violations, correct operators' non-standard operations in a timely manner, and guide correct operating methods;

11. Continuously improve, constantly explore and innovate, actively communicate and coordinate, and timely provide reasonable suggestions and opinions to the supervisor and leaders;

Minor responsibilities

1. During shift work, the on duty personnel support and coordinate with each other to ensure the operation of on-site equipment. If there are major abnormalities, they should be reported according to the reporting system;

2. Actively participate in various activities organized by the workshop, department, and company, work happily, be grateful for life, and actively participate in the company's team culture construction.

Performance standards

According to different weights, undertake various relevant indicators issued by the department to the workshop, including start-up rate, equipment maintenance, spare parts cost, training, improvement and innovation, and three standard audit

Workshop debris, quality, and efficiency indicators;

Desired Candidate Profile

College degree or above, major in electrical automation, mechatronics integration, mechanical automation or related fields;

Familiar with production processes and technical management knowledge, or have more than 1 year of on-site technical experience;

Proficient in using computer office software, possessing the ability to learn, organize, coordinate, analyze, judge, and solve problems, as well as good execution and innovation skills; Having a sense of responsibility and principles;
